I can't even create an account

Worked beautifully UNTIL the update. Now the app crashes before it can even open. I've cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, downloaded it again and still nothing. Super disappointed

App is terrible and service is just as bad. Sent in a ticket over a week again and nothing. All continue to say both are offline, despite green online bubble, can see request, get accepted but then panel says they are offline and I can only send premade patterns. The app is trash for distance control.
